Clickatell recognised the need to improve their sales process and increase their sales team's efficiency. After analysing their current process, they identified that their sales quoting process was labour-intensive and time-consuming, leading to delayed responses to customer requests and a loss of potential sales. To streamline their sales process and provide their customers with accurate and timely quotes, Clickatell decided to embark on a Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) implementation.

This implementation will automate their sales quoting process, enable their sales team to create accurate and professional quotes quickly, and ultimately increase their sales efficiency and approval processes.
